to the Department of Economics of the University at
Albany, State University of New York. Our Department
has a strong*, small faculty who are engaged in a wide
range of applied and theoretical research. Our strengths
include econometrics, macroeconomics, microeconomic
theory, labor economics and public economics.
We
offer programs of study leading to the B.A., B.S., M.A.
and Ph.D. degrees. Graduates of our programs have obtained
positions throughout the world in academia, business,
government and other agencies and organizations.
