As a supervisor, you know there are times when your employees may need help resolving problems that are outside the scope of your role. Making a referral to EAP gives University employees an opportunity to address work and/or life concerns confidentially. Join us as we discuss how EAP and supervisors can work together to create and maintain a healthy workplace.
