Land Classes


Cycling Class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races, to fun music! This non-impact cycling workout is one of the most efficient ways to reach your fitness goals. Water and towels are a must when you attend.


F.I.T Camp- This class is a high intensity cardio/muscle conditioning course. It incorporates kick boxing, sports agility and military boot camp type moves. 


Pilates A challenging non-impact exercise class, focusing on core strengthening.


Tabata is a daring & dynamic conditioning experience.  Tabata training is (20) seconds of high intensity training followed by (10) seconds of rest and then going back to (20) seconds of incredible effort and back to (10) seconds of rest, etc.  You complete this cycle for (8) rounds or for (4) minutes total time.  This is a Tabata interval.  You complete (10-12) Tabata intervals in a one hour class.  Tabata increases your athletic performance, boosts VO2Max, & decreases body fat. The Tabata Protocol is proven to physiologically transform your body. Tabata is great for both men and women.  For a higher intensity class,  mix cardiovascular Tabatas with strength training Tabatas.  Come prepared to work and sweat!!


Turbo Kick the revolutionary group exercise program that changed the face of kickboxing. Inspired by dance, tae kwon do, boxing, tai chi and funk.  Turbo kick also incorporates intervals of strength and toning.emphasizes posture, and technique in movements which incorporate arms, hips, chest and abs.


Sculpt free weights, bands, tubes, balls and other resistance training props will be used to tone and strengthen the major muscle groups of the body, the end result being a firm, well defined body. 


X-Plode fun and varied circuit based training focusing on functional movements performed at high intensity to push you to your limits.  Increasing your strength, muscular endurance and aerobic output all at the same time.  Suitable for beginners to advanced fitness levels or anyone that just enjoys a challenge. 


Yoga is a form of exercise that uses slow movements and stretching. The class will assist in increasing flexibility and balance, while relieving stress and relaxing the body.


Zumba™ Zumba is a hip swinging, booty shaking fun way to get a great workout!  This class incorporates merengue, salsa, cha cha, cumbia, calypso, and rock & roll which will work your body and move your spirit.  Dance your way to a fitter you! Come and join us for an hour of fun and excitement, no previous dance experience is required, all levels are welcome.
