Recreation Services

• Housed in the Physical Education Building
• Located on the main level of the Physical Education Building, (PE) 110A

Administrative Office

• Housed in the Physical Education Building
• Located on the basement level of the Physical Education Building, (PE) B-107

Fitness Center

• Housed in the SEFCU Arena.
• Upon entrance to the lobby-level, the Fitness Center is located on the left.

Aquatic Center

• Located in the Basement of the Physical Education Building.
• Access to the pool is granted though the Physical Education general locker rooms/showers.

Group Exercise

• A majority of our Group Exercise Classes are held at our Dance Studio. The Studio is located on the 3rd floor of the Physical Education Building.
• Aqua Action Classes are held at our Aquatic Center (see above).
