Digital Reformatting Project
to Create Preservation Masters and Full-Text Web Access
of All Crimson & White and Bricks & Ivy Editions

Dear Milne Alumni, Faculty, and Supporters,

Did you enjoy sharing memories and memorabilia at the recent Milne Alumni reunion? Were you unable to attend and wish you could have seen the yearbooks and school newspapers that alumni displayed on the memorabilia tables?

Milne alumni, former faculty members, and University staff are working hard to find solutions to the many projects that affect our former Milne School. You now have an opportunity to ensure that our yearbooks and school newspapers are memorialized on the Web as a permanent part of the University at Albany website!

We are initiating a digital reformatting project to create preservation masters and full-text web access of all Crimson & White and Bricks & Ivy editions. What this means to you is that all Milne yearbooks and newspapers will be available on the UAlbany website as searchable files.

This project will be funded by your tax-deductible contributions. You can make your donation by printing and mailing the form here with your check or credit-card information or contribute online by credit card using this link: https://www.informz.net/ualbany-fund/donate.asp?did=52 Important: If you use the online option, please be sure to note in the "Comments" section that your gift is in support of the Milne School Alumni Digitization-Project Fund.

Our goal is $25,000 based upon a vendor proposal dated August 17, 2012, which is effective for six months. Therefore, if you wish to support this project, "The sooner the better!"

Thanks in advance for your generosity. If you have any questions, please send them here.
