CWGCS research addresses the status and needs of women and girls, and makes
recommendations on policy actions to improve their status. Our research agenda complements
our programming, and is designed to reflect the
needs of women, children and families at the state, national and global levels.
CWGCS professional staff come from the fields of Africana Studies,
Public Administration, Public Health, Education
