Governance Council (GOV)
The Governance Council seeks to improve governance and enhance consultation among administration, governance bodies and their constituencies. Its functions include institutional support and education, assessment of the effectiveness of consultation and governance, liaison and elections, and developing handbooks on governance. It may initiate or review proposed amendments to the Bylaws. The Senate Vice-Chair chairs this council.
