SUMMER RESIDENTS: There is no quad service (except for EMPIRE COMMONS) during the summer.  If you are expecting mail please stop by the mail facility located in the basement of the Business Administration building (corner where Social Science bldg. and Business Administration bldg. meet) and inquire if you have any mail and/or packages.

Mail is delivered to each of the quads Monday through Friday and is sorted to the mail boxes by 2:00 p.m. If you have questions concerning mail delivery, please contact Mail Services at 442-3272 or mailservice@albany.edu

Any packages too large to place in your mail box can be picked up at Mail Services located in the basement of the Business Administration building on the corner closest to the Social Science Building. For more information concerning packages, please click on the link to the left.

It is the responsibility of residential students to make arrangements to replace their mailbox keys through their residential life office on the quad.  Mail Services will hold mail on a temporarily for a student waiting for a new key.

If your mailbox is broken or not working properly, report it to your Residential Life quad office and ask to fill out a repair slip.
