Priority mail, insured packages, certified mail, registered mail, UPS, FedEx and DHL ground delivery packages and all mail items not fitting in student mail boxes will be logged in and held at the main mail facility. An email notification will be sent to you upon the package's arrival. 

The package window is located in the basement of the Business Administration Building, in the corner where it joins with the Social Sciences Building, room B4. If you print a coy of your e-mail notification or have the shelf location available, you should proceed directly to the package pick-up window to retrieve your package. Photo ID is required. A SUNYCard or driver's license are acceptable forms of ID.

If the name on the package does not match the name on the ID, the package will not be released to you.

A signature is required when picking up an item, verifying that it has been released.

Please pick up packages promptly. The package area has limited space and cannot store packages for an extended period of time. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender.

The package window is open Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM during the academic year and Monday - Friday 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM during the summer.
