Priority mail, insured packages, certified mail, registered mail, UPS, FedEx and DHL ground delivery packages and all mail items not fitting in student mail boxes will be logged in and held at the main mail facility. A notification card is placed in the student's mail box the day after the package's arrival. Click here to view a sample notification card.

The package window is located in the basement of the Business Administration Building, in the corner where it joins with the Social Sciences Building, room B4. When picking up a package, please bring the notification card and a photo ID. A SUNYCard or driver's license are acceptable forms of ID.

If you do not have the notification card with you when you arrive to pick up your package, please stop at the main gate of the mail facility first to obtain a printout of the package's location.

If the name on the package does not match the name on the ID, the package will not be released to you.

A signature is required when picking up an item, verifying that it has been released.

Please pick up packages promptly. The package area has limited space and cannot store packages for an extended period of time. If the package is not picked up, it will be returned to the sender.

The package window is open Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM during the academic year and Monday - Friday 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM during the summer.
