Mail Services handles all incoming mail for the University at Albany, including residential student, business, and faculty/staff mail. Over 4 million pieces of mail are processed yearly through our facility, located in the basement of the Business Administration building, room B4.
The Mail Services Department is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM during the academic year, and from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM during the summer. The Package Pick-Up Window is open 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM during the academic year and 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM during the summer. NEW SERVICES: Postal Kiosk (picture) With a credit or debit card you can purchase postage for Express Mail, Priority Mail, International Letters or purchase a sheet of 10 stamps. Mail Services staff are availalble to assist you if needed.
