Mail Services has labels and packaging available for Airborne/DHL shipments and will arrange for pick-up of items from the mail facility. Airborne/DHL is not a contracted service provider for the University, therefore rates are significantly higher than for UPS and FedEx. The range of delivery locations for Airborne express shipments is limited.

Airborne/DHL Express offers the following levels of domestic services:

Overnight Air Express guarantees delivery by 12:30 PM the next business day to thousands of U.S. metropolitan areas, for packages up to 150 pounds.

Next Afternoon guarantees delivery by 3 PM the next business day to thousands of U.S. cities for packages up to 5 pounds. This service is more economical than Overnight Express service.

Second Day Service guarantees delivery by 5 PM the second business day for packages up to 150 pounds to thousands of U.S. cities and business centers.
