- Form to File
- Description: A cgi script which writes the contents of a HTML form to a file.
- Form to Mail
- Description: A cgi script which sends the contents of a HTML form
to a University email address.
- GO cgi
- Description: A cgi script which enables you to place HTML links
within a HTML form drop-down box.
- Groups and Group members
- Description: Use this request form to add or remove members of your web group, change ownership
of your web directory, request an initial group for a pre-existing web directory, or remove a web site.

- Description: Password protection is available for those web pages to which you wish to restrict access.
