The Desktop Services Group consists of the Desktop Support Specialist team and the PC Service Center. Our mission is to provide support and problem resolution for university-owned computing hardware, software, and services. Our standard service offerings include:
- General troubleshooting of university-owned desktop computer equipment
- Installation and configuration of university supported computers and software running Windows Vista/XP or Mac OS X
- Customer assistance in proper usage and maintenance of their computers
- Virus and computer compomise intervention and recovery
- Consultations and recommendations for purchase of new computer equipment
- Repair of University owned computers and peripherals
