The University at Albany was a strong presence at the 2005 Government Technology Conference, which was recently held at the Empire State Plaza. Chief Information Officer Christine E. Haile moderated a panel which included College of Computing and Informatics students Corey Hart and Henry Szablicki, and adjunct faculty member, David Goodall. Former UAlbany student Sean Ryan was in the audience and participated in the discussion. Hart and Szablicki are both employed by the Information Technology Services Student Helpdesk, known as "The SHeD.
