Click to download AIMWorX Report Viewer software

After you have clicked on the download link appearing above, you will see a "File Download-Security Warning" message that asks, "Do you want to run or save this file?" 

Be sure the Name: is AimRptViewer.exe and then click [Run] to proceed. 

If the Name: is not AimRptViewer.exe then click [Cancel] and contact the Telecommunications Office.

A dialog box entitled "AIMWorX Report Viewer" appears, asking "Do you want to install AIMWorX Report Viewer?"

Click [Yes] to proceed.

The Install Shield installation wizard starts the AIMWorX Report Viewer Setup. 

On the opening screen you are prompted:  "To continue, click Next."

Click the [Next >] button to proceed.

The software license agreement is displayed. 
Click [Yes] to accept the license terms.

The Release Notes are displayed. 
Click  [Next >] to continue.

The installation folder selection screen is displayed.
It suggests that the software be installed in the default Destination Folder  C:\Program Files\AIMWorX\Actors. 
It is recommended that you click [Next >] to accept the suggested destination folder. 
Advanced users or those with special situations can use the Browse function to select a different folder if necessary.

The program icon location selection screen is displayed. It suggests adding Program Folder AIMWorX. 
It is recommended that you click [Next >] to accept the suggested program folder. 
Advanced users or those with special situations can enter a different folder name or select one of the existing folder names listed.

The installation summary page is displayed, showing the system settings that will be used during installation.  The values shown should be satisfactory if the preceding steps went well, so click [Next >] to proceed.  However, if you have any concerns about the settings you may click [Cancel] to exit without installing or click [Back] to return to previous screens and make changes.

Install Shield completes the installation and displays the message, "AIMWorX Report Viewer Installation Complete." Click  [OK] and the installation ends.  The computer should now be able to open and view reports generated by AIMWorX.

Additional note about viewing AIMWorX reports via the Brio Portal:

The first time you choose an AIMWorX report from Brio a "File Download" dialog box opens, asking "Do you want to open or save this file?"  Near the lower left side of the dialog is a checkbox labeled "Always ask before opening this type of file." Click on the check mark to "un-check" the box.  Then click [Open] to view the report.  In the future the "File Download" dialog should not appear again when viewing AIMWorX reports.
