Telecommunications Services Center (TSC)
		Get support for telephone and data communication services during regular business hours; or submit a trouble report on line. Only Technology Coordinators (TC) are allowed to report a data problem.
		Data Jack Installations and Moves
		To request a new installation, activate or deactivate, and to move a data jack, fill out the request form and have it signed by an authorized budget signatory.
		Access Control List Request
		To request certain IPs be put on the list with specified authorizations throughout the network.
		Wireless Service
		Wireless service is available on the uptown academic podium and in all University Libraries. To order a Wireless Access Point or trouble shoot - do it.
		Using Your Laptop in a Classroom
		Most Registrar scheduled classrooms have data communications that allow you to access the University's networks with your laptop. You first need to register your machine using DHCP.
		Getting Access to Your Windows Network Services From Home
		This service is intended for members of the University who need to access their University Windows Network Access folders from an off-campus location. Using your Internet Service Provider, connect to the internet, then run the VPN client.
		Firewall
		Networked computers that are running a non-University or non-vendor supported operating system (OS) require a firewall. Click Get Details for more and the cost of this service.
