Description

For faculty and staff looking for conferencing solutions more robust than Skype, ITS maintains video conferencing facilities on the uptown and downtown campus that include sophisticated hardware for two-way communication. In preparation for your video conference, ITS will:

• Interact with technical staff from the other site to schedule a test for connecting the two sites
• Train the meeting participants in using the equipment
• Set up the video conference

Pricing Information

There is no charge for video conferences related to University-scheduled classes. For non-academic events, the video conference setup and support fee is $50. Changes must be billed to a valid University account number.
