UA Certificates

Description

The University provides certificates (SSL certs) which prove a website is affiliated with UAlbany, secure the communications channel and provide the basis for data encryption. This service is available to qualified, distributed IT personnel. Candidates must complete a 1 hour course in order to gain access to this resource.

Service Availability

 Certificates are available to qualified personnel 24 x 7 except during scheduled maintenance.
