PC Service Center
The PC Service Center repairs University-owned and warrantied computers and laser printers. Technology Coordinators
typically work with the PC Service Center to facilitate service and repairs on behalf of their customers. As our technicians are Dell and Apple certified, and have extensive experience with HP printers, other equipment (ex. Lenovo) may be referred elsewhere for repair. The PC Service Center may assist in the facilitation of those external repairs.
The PC Service Center also assists with the procurement of new computer hardware. Quotes are available for OptiPlex and Latitude systems from Dell, Apple Macbook and iMacs, as well as HP LaserJet printers. Faculty and staff should be aware that while they may purchase computers from retailers (Best Buy, Staples, etc.), warranties from such locations may prohibit the PC Service Center from repairing this equipment.
