Symantec AntiVirus (version 10.0.1) can be downloaded from the Information Technology Services Software Download site:

FOR FACULTY / STAFF:
you can request a Symantec AntiVirus CD as follows:

Submit the 'Software License Request' form to the Information Technology Services Helpdesk (ihelp@albany.edu) . You must include the following information in your request:

• the number of licenses needed
• your name, email address, (campus address, and campus phone)
