Procedure for Requesting MAPLE Software

Submit the 'Software License Request' form to the Information Technology Services Helpdesk (ihelp@albany.edu). You must include the following information in your request:

• the number of licenses needed
• your name, email address, campus address, and campus phone (or that of the designated contact person in the department)
