Jobs Student Intern - Web Support & Services [WEB Details]

What You Need

An application

An advisor to oversee the internship (preferably in your field of study)

Surfing the web, and other web skills a plus (Photoshop, HTML, UNIX)

Knowledge of html, UNIX, Microsoft Excel, and Word a plus

Excellent writing and communication skills desirable

Office experience a plus (MS-Word, Excel, Access)

Experience with web page updates, web site monitoring, correction reviews, memo writing, managing correspondence with customers, and general office work a plus

Experience with graphic design, digital photography, programming or software evaluation a plus

What You Get
3 credits

Work experience in a production web shop

What Happens Next
Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis

You will be contacted by email or phone if we want to interview you

How it Works If offered a position:

You will schedule available working hours with a supervisor

You must work 9-10 hours per week (usually for 1 semester)

Written paper(s), research, and meetings throughout the course of the internship
