ITS Client Support Services supports the use of University technology facilities by approved student groups.  Groups that occasionally need equipment for multi-media presentation can explore the following options:

• ITS has provided the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership with a media cart equipped with an LCD projector, VCR and cables for a laptop hookup.  This cart can be moved to the meeting location and is appropriate for small to medium facilities.  The cart is stored at the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership (Campus Center  130).  Call (518) 442-5566 for more information.
  
  
  
• The lecture center facilities are also available for use by approved student groups.  Contact the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership for availability at 442-5566.    If you also require use of the multi-media/computing equipment in the lecture centers, please complete the LC Tech Use Form.  These facilities are equipped with digital projectors, microphones, a university computer and connections for a laptop.   
  
  Download the ITS request form from here and bring it to the ITS A/V office in LC-15 at least 24 hours in advance.  The room reservation must be confirmed by the Office of Student Involvement & Leadership first.  Please note the conditions listed on the request form.
