Summary: Adobe systems has announced the release of version 9 of its popular Adobe reader application.  According to the vendor, "Adobe Reader 9 provides new digital signature functionality for an improved user experience. The new version also adds support for 256-bit AES encryption and new advanced security capabilities."

Recommended Actions:  Adobe reader users, system administrators, and support personnel are encouraged to update to version 9 at their earliest convenience.
