Can I still get to MyUAlbany?
Yes, an alternate webpage will provide a direct link to MyUAlbany during the timeframe that MyUAlbany is up each day, that is between 6:00am and 2:30am. As usual, MyUAlbany is unavailable between 2:30am and 6:00am.
Can I still get to WebMail, Outlook WebMail, and WebCT?
Yes. An alternate webpage providing direct links to WebMail, Outlook WebMail and WebCT will be delivered when requesting www.albany.edu.
If LDAP service is out, can I still login? Can I get my password reset?
Yes. LDAP will remain available but, no, UNIX password changes or resets will not be possible.
