A Graduate student is needed for the Spring 2006 academic semester to help teach two sections of CSI198 in the Information Technology Services Group and to also provide some programming support for the Student Helpdesk area.
The sections of CSI198 are taught to prepare students to be ITS User Room Computing Consultants and/or ITS Student Helpdesk Consultants.
The person Information Technology is looking for should be well qualified in the following areas:
1. General Windows 2000/XP knowledge
2. General UNIX/Solaris knowledge
3. Public speaking / classroom lecturing experience preferred
4. PHP and SQL programming knowledge preferred
5. Nullsoft ¿Installer¿ knowledge preferred
Student must be registered for at least 9 credit hours of graduate study.
Stipend is $4,000 for the one semester. Tuition waiver for up to 9 credit hours. Student must work 20 hours per week.
