Information Technology Services is available to assist former students and retired faculty/staff needing help with using the IT resources they are entitled to access. Former students retain access to MyUAlbany but access to University email service ends one year after last semester of enrollment. Former students who never had access to MyUAlbany while attending the University will not have access to MyUAlbany unless they are re-admitted for study and enroll in class(es). If you have a question concerning an ITS-provided service, please submit this form.
