Test Scanning Services

Test Scanning Services are available to all University faculty. The Test Scanning Customer Services Counter is located in CS-7.

Test Scanning Services Request Forms

Bubble Sheets
Blank bubble sheets can be picked up at the Test Scanning Customer Services Counter in CS-7.

Dropping off Exams
Please bring the following items to the Test Scanning Customer Services Counter in CS-7:

• Completed request form
• Completed key for each version (maximum 4) of the exam
• Exam sheets (all facing in the same direction)

Picking up Exams
Exam requests are processed in 3 business days.

• Test Scanning Services will notify faculty when exams are ready
• Only those persons listed on the request form may pick up the exam
• Photo ID is required for pickup

Reports
Various reports and the results of exams and surveys can be printed and/or emailed to faculty

Accuracy
Test Scanning Services makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all results. It is the responsibility of faculty to review all results.

Location and Hours of Service
Test Scanning Services is located in CS-7. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
