Phones, Internet, & Cable TV

University Phone Services
ITS provides full telephone services and voicemail on all three campuses, including 911 and blue light (emergency) telephones.

Cable TV
Cable television is provided by Time Warner Cable and is available in various academic and administrative areas.

Internet and Internet2 
ITS provides robust wired and wireless networks for the campus community and is a member of Internet2. Faculty and staff can connect to the University network from off-campus locations using VPN, UAlbany's Virtual Private Network.

Telecommunications Service Center (TSC)
The TSC handles moves, adds and changes to your voice and data service, trouble calls and information on other available services. Contact them at (518) 437-3800.
