If you have forgotten your NetID and/or password, complete a Password Reset to set a new password and obtain your NetID. If you need your PIN, you must call 518-442-3700 or visit the ITS HelpDesk in LC-27 during office hours to request a PIN Lookup. For all other technical support questions, you can submit this form.
