Tip #1: Check System Status and Scheduled Maintenance for intended or already reported outages.

Tip #2: Set or reset your password to obtain your NetID and to gain access to the University's IT resources.

To request assistance from Information Technology Services, please submit this form to our Service Desk system. Your submission will auto-route to the appropriate ITS team based on the information you provide and the concern you select from the drop-down menu. You will receive an auto-reply message to confirm registration of your request with ITS. Should you need to include a file attachment (limit 900K) with your request, wait for the email message confirming the incident number of your new request and then reply to add the information to your ticket.
