To obtain help or technical assistance from ITS, please submit this form to open a ticket in our Service Desk system. Your request will be routed to the appropriate ITS team based on the information you provide.
If the service you are using or the concern you have is not listed on the drop-down menu for 'My request concerns', select 'Other'. You can then enter a subject for your message. You will receive an auto-reply email to confirm registration of your request with ITS.
Should you need to include a file attachment (limit 900K) with your request, wait for the email message confirming receipt by ITS and then reply with the attachment so the file is added to your ticket. If you need immediate assistance during regular business hours M-F, please call us.
