The ITS HelpDesk provides assistance with:

• Email (WebMail) and UNIX services
• MyUAlbany
• Password Set/Reset
• Using the computers located in the Information Commons
• Access to Blackboard Learning System
• UA_WPA configuration for WiUAlbany wireless

The HelpDesk office is located in LC27 and our phone number is (518) 442-3700. 

Use the ITS Service Centers Schedule to view our LC-27 service hours for phone and walk-in service.

HelpDesk Services has Tech Consultants available in the Information Commons (uptown Libraries) when classes are in session.  In addition to assisting with ITS-provided services, Tech Consultants will also trouble-shoot printing, login or file management problems that may occur when you are using the ITS-provided computers in the Information Commons.  Visit the Tech Help desk in the library to obtain technical assistance when you are working in the Information Commons.
