The ITS HelpDesk provides assistance with:
- Email (WebMail) and UNIX services
- MyUAlbany
- Password Set/Reset
- Using the computers located in the Information Commons
- Access to Blackboard Learning System
- UA_WPA configuration for WiUAlbany wireless

Use the ITS Service Centers Schedule to view our LC-27 service hours for phone and walk-in service.
HelpDesk Services has Tech Consultants available in the Information Commons (uptown Libraries) when classes are in session. In addition to assisting with ITS-provided services, Tech Consultants will also trouble-shoot printing, login or file management problems that may occur when you are using the ITS-provided computers in the Information Commons. Visit the Tech Help desk in the library to obtain technical assistance when you are working in the Information Commons.
