Opening Control Panel
Click on Start and choose Control Panel.
If you do not see Accessibility Options in the top left corner, click Switch to Classic View on the left panel.
Now double click on Mail.
If a screen pops up that has a Show Profiles button, click the Show Profiles button.

On the window that pops up, click Add....
When it asks you to enter a Profile Name, enter your full name or any other identifier that will show that this is your profile. Then click Ok.
return to top Selecting the Account Type
On the next screen, select Add a new e-mail account then click Next.

On the following screen, select Microsoft Exchange Server and then click Next .
return to top Creating Your Mailbox
For the Microsoft Exchange Server text field enter UAEXCH. Do NOT check the Use Cached Exchange Mode box and make sure it is unchecked. For the User Name text field enter your e-mail alias and then click Check Name. After clicking Check Name, your full name should appear in the User Name text field. Then click Next.

Now you should see the following screen which explains that you've set up your new profile successfully. Click Finish.

You should make sure that your name is now listed in the profile list and selected in the Always use this profile: drop down as illustrated below:
If your name is listed in both places, you have successfully setup your Outlook profile and you can now close this window and begin using e-mail with Outlook 2003.
