Summary: On September 17 2007 Microsoft released Service Pack 3 for its Office 2003, Project 2003, and Visio 2003 products.  As is the case with previous service packs, these releases (according to the vendor) "contain significant security improvements in addition to stability improvements. Some fixes that are included with the service pack have been previously released as separate updates. The service pack combines them into one update."

Recommended Actions:  Persons who manage, maintain or use the above-listed Microsoft products are encouraged to read the service pack knowledge base information (including any associated caveats, system requirements, etc) and (if appropriate or warranted) apply the service pack as per the instructions provided by the vendor.
