Summary: On March 14 2006 Macromedia released a security bulletin detailing a series of vulnerabilities in its popular series of Flash multimedia players. The vendor rates these vulnerabilities as "critical" because successful exploitation could lead to execution of arbitrary code/complete remote takeover of an affected system. Updates to the affected player models have been made available from the vendor to address these vulnerabilities.
