Tools for Advanced Users:

These tools generally require some knowledge of the Microsoft Windows operating system environment. Improper use of these tools may result in disruption to the system causing it to become unstable, or cause certain programs to stop functioning. Please read all instructions available from the tool's creator/distributor before using them.
Personally Identifiable Information'
These tools can be run to determine whether any files containing personally identifiable information (PII) are contained on a workstation. PII consists of names and SSNs, or credit card accounts, or driver's licenses numbers.

Cool Web Search Removal Tools
These tools are useful for removing the Cool Web Search spyware application.

System Monitoring Tools
These tools are useful for monitoring the Operating System for unusual programs and processes that may be spyware.
