Conditional Admission students must submit:
- Undergraduate Application and all required documents
- Intensive English Language Program (IELP) application
- $180 fee ($50 for the undergraduate application and $130 for the IELP application)

Be sure to include the $50 fee for the undergraduate application and the $130 application fee for the Intensive English Language Program. No decisions will be issued without both fees being submitted.
Please send the IELP application and the Undergraduate Admission application together in the same envelope.
All acceptance packages will be sent via express mail service.
Our classes fill up very quickly. Application should be made well in advance to be sure of a place.

Acceptance packages:
- All Conditional Admissions acceptance packages will be sent via express mail service.
- When we receive your application forms, financial statement, and application fee, we will send you an I-20 Form (Immigration and Naturalization Certificate of Eligibility).
- You will need the I-20 Form in order to receive an F-1 student visa at the U.S. Consulate/Embassy in your country.
- Do NOT come to the US on a tourist visa and plan to study unless you have it appropriately marked "B-2 Prospective Student."
We will send you a health form with your acceptance letter. Please bring the completed health form with a completed "Immunization History" when you register on the first day of the semester. Click here for more information about the Health Form and Immunization Requirements. Attention students planning to drive while in the United States:
To obtain a New York State driver's license, you must have a one year I-20 with at least six months time remaining on the I-20. OR you must obtain an International Driver's Permit in your own country before you come to the U.S.
