The Office of Energy Management Form is for comments and suggestions regarding campus energy usage and how we can better improve the overall physical environment that enables The University at Albany to achieve its objectives in instruction, research, and public service.

This form is not for trouble calls, requesting routine maintenance, or after hour emergencies. If you have such a request, please contact the Facilities Management (FM) Operations Center (previously Customer Service Center) at 442-3480 or submit an online customer request.
