Working with community-based organizations serving minority populations, the healthcare community including current practitioners as well as the professional schools preparing new practitioners, and K-12 schools serving high percentages of minority populations, our mission is to improve lines of communication about health information and research for the minority communities of the Capital Region and their health care providers. |
