The University at Albany addresses the country's economic slowdown with a forum, The Financial Crisis: Causes and Consequences, designed to discuss and answer questions.

ALBANY, N.Y. (October 23, 2008)

What: The University at Albany will host a forum, "The Financial Crisis: Causes and Consequences," designed to discuss and answer questions about the country's economic slowdown. The forum will cover the crisis' affect on the banking industry and New York State's economy through presentations and a panel discussion with faculty and financial industry leaders. The event is co-sponsored by the University at Albany's Finance and Economics Departments and the Center for Institutional Investment Management.
