The goal of Career Services is to help students make gratifying career decisions and to help them transition to the next step after college (whether it be a job or graduate school). Career Services offers individual appointments with career counselors, as well as seminars and workshops on career related topics. Their website also has many helpful resources.
A portion of the reference section of the University Library is dedicated to career resources. The University Libraries website also has links to general online career resources, as well as links to resources sorted by specific topics.
Students who have not yet declared a major have assigned advisors through advisement services. Advisement services also have on-duty advisors to help students with declared majors. Topics that advisors typically help students with include general education credit, transferring credits, and planning remaining classes necessary for graduation.
