Susan Rogers is ITLAL’s newest team member! She is currently working on developing web and print resources for our programs, assisting in various workshops, presenting as a member of our interactive theatre ensemble, and participating in the Preparing Future Faculty program. Susan is a doctoral candidate in the Division of Educational Psychology and Methodology at the University at Albany/SUNY, and her dissertation research focuses on the role of collaborative projects in the university classroom, and in strategies and methods used to increase and assess student participation at the undergraduate level. Susan teaches classes within educational psychology at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, has worked in program evaluation, has a Master's degree in educational psychology, and a CAS in Educational Research.
