- Summer Programs
- During the summer we provide two programs. One is tailored to all male audiences and is provided by trained staff that is part of our Men REACH group. The other is tailored to all female audiences and offered by trained female staff associated with SARC. Both programs are offered as part of the freshman students Two Day Summer Planning Conference. The programs are tailored to college students and raise awareness on such topics as: sexual assault, relationship violence, barriers to seeking services, and information about resources available to students both on and off campus.
- RA Protocol Training
- RA’s can often be one of the first University Staff who are informed about a sexual assault. This program trains RA staff on the Sexual Assault Protocol and to also provide an opportunity for RA’s to raise questions and concerns as it relates to the issue of sexual assault and relationship violence. Also provided is a brief introduction of how to assist the student community, resident community in being more than bystanders in the efforts to help reduce the incidents of sexual assault and to also assist students in reporting a sexual assault.
