Student Success Assessment

Self-Studies

Units within the Division of Student Success conduct a self-study designed to identify strengths and weaknesses in their unit. The outline used to perform the self-study is contained in the Book of Professional Standards 2006, published by the Council for the Advancement of Standards in Higher Education (CAS). The CAS standards utilize 13 categories to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of a particular program or service.

Units are asked to complete a self study every five years, on a rotating basis. The complete schedule is available in the Assessment Activities section of this web page.
