Assessment Plans

Assessment Plans capture unit’s standing (long-term) goals, activities for achieving those goals, means of assessing goal attainment, the time-table and personnel responsible for assessing goals, and the utilization of assessment results to further improves and/or refine goals and/or activities.

Assessment Plans are revised every three years with periodic (annual) review of a single goal in the intermittent years.
