  • Great Beginnings Breastfeeding Series
    In fall 2013, the initiative, Great Beginnings NY, The Future Starts with Breastfeeding, was launched to ensure that mothers are better supported in meeting their breastfeeding goals during the birth hospitalization.  Hospitals outside of New York City providing maternity care services were invited to participate in this initiative and take the responsibility of ensuring the evidence-based strategies are in place at their hospital.
