It occupies the third floor of the Cancer Research Center building at 1 Discovery Drive.

The entrance road to the campus from Columbia Turnpike (Routes 9 and 20) is Discovery Drive and the Cancer Research Center building is the three story building to the left.
The driving direction map incorrectly identifies Discovery Drive as University Place.
