Empire Commons - Northwest Gold Lot Pedestrian Crossings


Pedestrian crosswalk improvements on a section of the Perimeter Road Walkway near Empire Commons. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: install new and or reconstruct asphalt and concrete sidewalks and ramps. Install new curbing at intersection and curbed median with decorative paver infill along the perimeter road, pavement striping, install lighted pedestrian crosswalk warning system, rough grading, storm water modifications, electrical work associated with relocating 3 existing roadway lights and new crosswalks and lawn restoration.
