This website is dedicated to anyone interested in education, especially school leadership, higher education administration and comparative policies. Graduate students in the Educational Administration and Policy Studied department learn in a stimulating global environment, with research and practical expertise acquired in local New York school districts, post-conflict and developing nations, as well as governments and think tanks located in leading economies of the world.
Studies at the University at Albany are designed to ground graduate students in analysis and evidence-based leadership skills. SEA Change activities mirror classroom scholarship with extracurricular events, promoting a culture of inquiry and support. An organization built by students for students, we weave the three key components of our field into our agenda: people, programs and policies.
