Man-Chun is involved in the Orange County, New York System of Care Evaluation; her primary role is to conduct statistical computation and data analysis. Previously, she worked on the Albany County, New York System of Care Evaluation.

Man-Chun received her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sociology from Kaohsiung Medical University, Taiwan and her Master’s degree in Public Health from National Taiwan University, Taiwan. She is a Ph.D. student in the School of Social Welfare at the University at Albany, SUNY.
